A four-egg omelet stuffed with shaved steak, bell peppers, onions, and spicy Pepper Jack cheese. Served with a fresh Everything or Blueberry muffin and your choice of skillet potatoes, stone-ground grit, or grits of the day. Add bacon or sausage for additional charge.

Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

Made with real pumpkin and lightly dusted with our harvest spice blend topped with a decadent house-made caramel sauce, candied pecans, and whipped cream. Add bacon or sausage for an additional charge.

The Laredo Steak & Cheese Sandwich

A grilled sourdough sandwich that combines the delicious flavors of shaved steak, peppers, onions, Pepper Jack cheese and Sriracha mayonnaise. Served with your choice of fries or skillet potatoes. Add an egg to your Laredo for an additional charge.

Kitchen Sink Nachos

Our Kitchen Sink Nachos come heaped with flavor and fresh ingredients. We pile on seasoned ground beef, bacon, queso fundido, pico de gallo, guacamole, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, potatoes, black beans, jalapeños, scallions and salsa all topped with sour cream. Share them with the table or have them as a meal! Add a Tequila Sunrise for an additional charge!

Grilled Cheese & Tomato Basil Soup

Our gourmet version of a classic duo combines American, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on fresh-grilled sourdough. We pair this favorite with a generous serving of creamy, made-from-scratch, tomato basil soup to create an ideal combination! Add a fried egg or bacon for an additional charge.

Caramel Apple Sangria

This sangria is a festival of flavor. We marry sparkling apple cider, champagne, and homemade caramel sauce with a blend of special spices to create a refreshing light cocktail that you will thoroughly enjoy.
