INDIANAPOLIS, IN (November 16, 2015) — Louisville, KY based restaurant Wild Eggs has announced the opening of two Indianapolis locations in 2016. The Meridian and Main location will be the company’s first in the Indianapolis market and will employee approximately 40 people.
“When choosing locations for Indianapolis we were very selective on where we wanted to be,” said JD Rothberg, Wild Eggs founder and CEO “We chose Carmel because of the prominent location and local demographics. We’ve had our eye on this particular site for about two years and wanted Carmel to be our first Indy location. We are excited to be a part of the community.” The company currently operates locations in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and Colorado with several other markets under development throughout the Midwest.
